Everything about the place is great. Kitchen particularly well equipped as we tend to cook rather than eat out.

I miss not having a smart TV to catch up and see things outside of scheduled times. Also a real shortage of power points in the lounge and bedrooms. With smart watches and mobiles to charge it was impossible to do it in the bedroom. Even the lounge is short of points. Only place to charge items was in the kitchen.

Easy to walk to restaurants, pubs. Good coastal walks. Parking spot. Lovely view of the estuary. Good bus service. Well equipped apartment and very clean

Instructions for appliances and where to leave recycling. Would have liked an outside seating area. Very squeaky floorboards in kitchen and bathroom

The welcome pack was just perfect after a long travel. Communicstion with the owner was exceptional, would not hesitate to book again.

Cosy, well-equipped flat with great views. Excellent location to explore North Devon. Good for a single dog; walks and beaches nearby. We were delighted with the welcome pack of scones and wine, plus snacks for dog.

No complaints, though flat would have been even better without steps (1st floor), and with garden for dog
