the apartment was better than expected. was not expecting the balcony - bonus.
the hot water supply from the boiler cycled between hot and cold. not great if your're having a shower. this though was the only negative.

Lovely clean apartments for 7 of us, close to the centre, beautiful city, would definitely recommend these apartments.
Cooking facilities saucepans etc, there was not alot of, we was hoping to cook breakfast in, but was limited to what we had to use.

A big nice apartment for two adults with two teenagers
The apartment was perfect for two adults and their teenager grandchildren. The both parties had their own separate rooms with toilets and a kitchen where we could enjoy the breakfast and evening-tea together. The apartment was located in a very quiet area. The location was also perfect - short distances to everywhere in the city.
There were only couple of small things which could have been better. The toaster was broken and there were only one big pot (about 8 liters). It was a new experince to cook 4 eggs in that kind of pot.

Great stay
Plenty of room for group of friends. 6 beds (1 double), 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms, balcony from 2 of the bedrooms. Great location for main square and Jewish quarter. Tram stop couple mins. Supermarket short walk. Lift from 1st floor. Easy to access.

Excellent location to the old town, however tired and could do with some thorough cleaning!
This apartment was a great size for our family of 5. Absolute ideal location on the outskirts of the old town. 10min walking distance to lots of eating places and the main old town city centre. We visited in December for the Christmas markets and it was beautiful. The old town is just stunning, and well worth a visit We had pretty bad weather with heavy snow and -10 temperatures but the apartment was lovely and warm and the towel rails in the bathroom were really hot so excellent for drying out wet clothes from a day in the snow. The apartment building is quiet and clean, and there is a lift for easy access if needed. its only 3 flights of stairs so we would often take these instead. We prebooked a taxi from the airport to the apartment which worked out at around 20 quid each way and it was roughly 25mins. I would recommend this option
The standard of cleaning could have been improved. The light switches were broken and falling off the walls, and the oven and grill in the apartment was hanging on by a thread. The toaster was broken and there was no spare so we used the grill to make toast for the kids which was a little dodgy to say the least. The cutlery is to the bare minimum but we ate out every night so not a problem. The bedlinen wasn't very clean, the blankets were stained and quite dirty and the pillows had stains on them. Under the beds was filthy. There was also a used razor blade on the top of the shower wall which wasn't pleasant. Finding the right key on a big bunch of keys to access the first 2 doors was tricky so if they could be labelled that would have been a lot less stressful. Also just to note there is no formal seating area within the apartment. the tv is located in the kitchen, we didnt watch it but to sit on a sofa as a family would have been nice. We made do with reading our books on the bed.

Good location once you get your bearings. 3 bedroomed apartment for 3 people.. owner also arranged transport to and from airport. Very pleasant drivers. Owner responded to emails.
Toiletries not provided apart from soap but well stocked supermarket nearby. Suitable for groups. Would not stay there if travelling solo as an apartment block
