Sue the owner was amazing and so friendly and welcoming her customer service was exceptional and the houskeeper Nicky was also amazing, so friendly and very welcoming, We loved the peacefullness and the view from our little balcony it was so beautifull to be amongst the gum trees such a picturesque retreat.

Maybe just some feedback with the bathroom if they could disconnect the light from the fan as its very noisy for your partner when you are in the bathroom for a long period of time getting ready, so a separate switch when you are just using the mirror for the light and maybe change the bed head it did move a bit when you did get into bed and with the balcony maybe put some clear colourbond over the rafters covering the balcony, to stop the rain so you can sit out there when its raining and enjoy being outside the room as you get wet otherwise.

Lovely room decorated with Japanese touches. Very quite, clean, comforable and spacious. Convenient location to attend a wedding at Sirromet Winery and to explore nearby Redland Bay, Victoria Point and Cleveland.

We did not have a room with a balcony. I would recommend this option as we could not sit outside our room to relax, enjoy the surrounds, while reading a book and enjoying a drink.

Really friendly customer service, great communication before I arrived confirming everything, its a rare gem to find a place that welcomes my 2 dogs that travel with me, lovely smiling faces and attention to all my needs. thanks so much Sue and staff, I will definitely be back soon when I work in BNE.

The serenity was just amazing. So peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed.

I liked everything about Mt Cotton Resort , there is absolutely nothing to dislike. The cabin was large and very comfortable with everything provided for a great stay, clean fresh air, waking up to the amazing bird life but most of all was being able to bring my dog with me.

The cabin was stunning, loved that the appliances were modern, TV while not smart had reception and we didn't mind the good old analog channels. There was soap (smelled amazing), shampoo and conditioner included in the bathroom.

We never received the breakfast, that was said to be included in the booking price, upon emailing Sue and asking how to order meals I didn't receive an answer. We did happen to see a cockroach, but it's Australia and it can't be helped.

The location was lovely.

I loved the seclusion and privacy of the Lakeside cabin (I was lucky enough to be upgraded from a standard cabin). Waking up surrounded by trees with sunlight filtering through and the sound of the birds in the morning and the frogs at night..it was amazing.

Lack of lighting in the parking area. The space is quite tight for two cars and some lighting would be helpful.
