Exceptional location, easy walk to Collosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia. Lots of bars and restaurants around the corner, mini market right at the door, a proper grocery store is in couple minutes walk.
The showers need some fixing as water was barely warm and the water pressure very low.

Roomy apartment in a great location. It's a block from the Metro and has many good restaurants, cafes, gelato shops and bars nearby. The Colosseum is 5 minutes away and the forum is equally close. It sort of shares an entry hall with a small hotel and the front door is well lit and busy so it feels very safe and secure. Having two bathrooms is great as well. Really pleasant stay.
If you are sensitive to street noise, the bedroom windows face a busy street. With them closed it was fine for us. The stove was overly complicated to operate.

Location was fantastic, 500m from Colloseum, 1.6km from Trevy fountain and Spanish Steps. Comfortable walk to Vatican. Numerous restaurants and shops close by. 15 min walk to main train station. Very secure, quiet and comfortable.

Access was very straightforward - host permitted early access, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about local area.
The bedrooms were large, and all opened onto the busy Via Cavour (which some may find noisy - we enjoyed the buzz!)
Complimentary water and Prosecco in fridge was nice touch. The situation was perfect for all attractions, and the Monti area is LOADED with nice bars and restaurants.

We were staying at the apartment fabia for 1 week. Elisa was so nice and kind. My parents don’t speak English or Italian and they arrived to Italy before us, we asked Elisa to meet them and she met my parents like her owns, she explained everything, that they even were able to go out those evening by themselves and had a great time. After we arrived she was always on the phone. She gives such a nice recommendations about places, shopping, restaurants. By the way, la base restaurant was the best, very delicious food and not expensive, their tiramisu was so yummy that I still can not forget those taste:) we would come again in this apartment for sure, great location, everything in walking distance.
