The location and the facilities, it was clean and very tidy.

The staff called us while we were at the opera, they also messaged us to install a smoke detector. When we called back to arrange an appropriate time interval we were told it is no longer required. When we arrive back at the apartment in the evening they were already in and installed the se sensors. I think this is highly unprofessionall and a breach of privacy.

perfect location, near Prater park, spacious apartment, air condition,

clean service making very bad job! long black hair everywhere, not wiped (for very long time not!!) dishes for 2 people max, not proper baby bed (they only have those travel beds)

The check in process, cleaness, size and facility Mostly the support provided by the service team especially Marua and Hiba

Private parking was not easy, guess it is the case in the Capital

the lift or elavator did not work at all

Great location and excellent service. An amazing terrace too!

It was a bit cold and there were stains in the bathtub
