Rank and file staff were fantastic. Unfortunately the General Manager was completely useless and absolutely no existent in any public area or even when requested to meet him.

A lovely boutique stay in a great location. The aesthetics of this place are beyond pleasing. You’ll only be a short walk or an even shorter $1 tuk-tuk ride away from the hustle and bustle of Pub Street and surrounding bars and restaurants.
Easily the best and most memorable aspect of our stay here was the warmth and care extended to us by the staff.
Right from the time we checked in and till the time we were dropped off to the airport, they took care of all our needs like pros. The management also threw in a free 45 minute massage and it made our entire trip so much more memorable.
The restaurant manager took very special care to ensure that we were served 100% vegetarian food that was lip-smacking. The bartender whips up a lovely Singapore Sling! Our guest relations manager, Anna, and her team were ever-smiling and attentive. They even stayed back later than their shift to tend to my friend who had fainted due to heat exhaustion during out night out.

The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. They arranged our visit to angkor Wat temples, provided breakfast picnic and a lovely driver - David who took us everywhere with total and really looked after us. The only issue for us is the stay needed to be longer! Highly recommend

Fantastic hotel! Maybe not cheap, but it’s worth every single dollar. The staff was very polite and helpul (especially that one of our baggages was lost on the airport - they called and manage to find it). Beautiful swimming pool, spacious and modern rooms. Great breakfast (a la carte!) and fancy restaurant. We recommend the hotel!

the property is in need of some repair and covid has obviously taken its toll so hopefully with more tourists the hotel will get back to its best.

The location was easily accessible snd relatively wuiet whilst not being far from anywhere we wanted to go. It is a lical neighbourhood area.
The staff were exceptional and always eager to assist with a smile.

The property is gorgeous and was the backdrop for a. couple bridal photoshoots while we were there. The family suite was so cute and had an awesome, private patio area. It is close enough to walk to old market and pub street. The staff was amazingly friendly and just so pleasant- they made us feel so welcome. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
