Its about Booking.com....while booking any property you should give clear idea about room at which floor, there mention about side but not mention about floor.....if added in your website it would be appericiate

Location was good and bang opposite the lake. View from some of the room on higher floors was better.
We booked a Jacuzzi room but it didn't work. Hotel offered us to use another room where the Jacuzzi was working or shift to that room in the night. They should have checked before giving the room in the first place. Next day they upgraded our room due to the inconvenience caused and in the new room which had a double jacuzzi, we got mud coming out from water. Maintenance told us that it was due to lower water pressure. However, water continued to be dirty. Room was over priced due to Jacuzzi but it never worked or was dirty and disappointing. Hotel manager was apologetic but willing to refund the additional money paid for the Jacuzzi room.

Breakfast was OK. Ambience was good. Location Ok.
Wasbasin was cracked. Curtain in washbasin was dirty, Water leaking from Bath tub, Tiles not cleaned ,Chair fabric was old .

The location of the hotel is good... The infrastructure desig is good.
The facility is old necessary renovation is to be done... The cuttleries are old with stain mark, they must be replaced... the amenities apart from swimming pool was not well maintained.. Staff have to be more polite in every conversation.. Seems Value of money spent feels less.
