Closer to the border
I was put in underground floor [ floor 1 ] you can hear every single noise even snoring of people next door, I spent a good hour trying to isolate the noise, was impossible.
-6am morning workers insanely loud, get ready for that.
-Insane humidity inside the room, it was even hard to sleep
-location it’s literary in the heart of the red light district, post apocalyptic vibes all around day and night.
-you get what you pay for but in this case, this was a 75us dollar hotel claiming to be international standard, not the case tho.
-internet is weak signal expect worst internet
-best thing about it it’s near border.

Close enough to Hong Kong and other clubs to walk. House cleaning hashed all my clothes for 5 dollars. No problem with friend entering with me.
The hotel restaurant has nice atmosphere but the food / cook sucked. I we to the taco stand on the corner after 1 trip to the hotel restaurant. This taco stands food was excellent. Restaurant should fire the chef

Expectations were not high, so room was not disappointing even though it's pretty mediocre
A teenager not customer oriented at all stopped my checking a couple of times just because. He used their own USD/Pesos conversion, so I end up paying more than agreed. He even laughed when I asked if breakfast was included. Worst than that, location is terrible, we walked in by night and all around the hotel is full of prostitutes houses and the worst people, even for Tijuana. Never again.

A great location and the place seemed pretty safe. There is also a safe in the room. Handy for some of the best tourist spots like Adelita and Hong Kong. It seems to have secure parking.
WIFI password was not in the room you had to go to reception and ask for it. I couldn't get the volume to work on the TV.
