The only thing that I want to remember from this location was the beach view. Nothing else.
Can't say how many decades ago this building was able to be named "Hotel". Crippled walls, dirty all around, drunk people wishing you all "best wishes" ....in Russian, windows covered by dirt, a dirty cage named elevator....when working. "Best time" spent in Tel Aviv ! Ever ! The worst traveling experience in my life !
