The property and home are beautiful and close to any amenities that you could need. Breakfast was fantastic as well as the hosts Klay and Dave.

Perfect spot if you're interested in hiking and exploring the amazing Ricketts Glenn State Park! Hosts are also very knowledgeable about many other points of interest such as wineries and restaurants.

Claytonna's place is perfectly located, just a short drive to the park's trailhead. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. THe breakfast in the morning was so delicious and perfect for a day of hiking!

This place is an absolute charm. Claytonna and Dave were so easy to click with and welcomed us with a lovely 1 night retreat. I took my wife to Rickett's Glen Falls for her Birthday and this place is very close by, which made it easy to do 2 days of the trails( thanks to Dave's recommendation on the 2nd day) and see a good portion of the gorgeous scenery up there. Now let's get to the welcoming party. Lexi greeted us in the best way an adorable doggie could. Zayne the cat was right around the corner looking to welcome us as well. This cat really acted like a dog which was entertaining. We met our hosts, got to our room which was spacious and very organized. We had a fire going at night and some good conversation between us and the guests in the other retreats. There is a tree house there. I would definitely do that if we get back there again. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with fresh fruits, OJ, and a very hearty breakfast. We loved this B&B. It deserves all the great reviews it gets! Another thing...look at the stars at night if you catch a clear one there. the views are out of this world literally. Thank you for having us again!

This place was so nice! A real HOME away from HOME feeling! My family and I only stayed one night but in that short time we had such an enjoyable experience. Dave and Clay and Lexi and Zane (the Owners) were so so so nice. They have a beautiful cottage and the room we stayed in was perfect, the rest of the house was all sharable, and very nice sized. The other guests were so nice, we ALL had a nice evening together talking with an outdoor fire going, perfect Saturday night! The Breakfast the next morning was so amazing and home cooked! Claytona and Dave are just genuine wonderful people. We always visit Ricketts Glen once a summer and we will definitely be back next year! The ONLY Complaint I have is that there wasn't an better rating than Excellent! I definitely recommend if you are in the area. (and there is a great Pizza Place right down the road too!) Thanks again Clay and Dave, we will be back! :)

We love to hike the Falls trail at Ricketts Glen from the Rte 118 access and this wonderful B & B is located a few miles from trailhead parking! The host and hostess made us feel like we were visiting family, our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and sitting outside by the fire in the evening with a glass of wine was so relaxing!

Hostess was so flexible and kind about our late request regarding date of stay and very relaxed. Enjoyed the other guests. The property is interesting and very inviting to humans and winged critters. Extra pancakes cheerfully provided at breakfast upon request. Several seating areas including outside in the nice morning sun. The room we stayed in was fine for us but the bathroom was quite compact. The home is interesting inside and out. Hostess was so welcoming with nice treats available. Stay here if you want quick access to Ricketts Glen.

The pictures do not do it justice. The house is beautiful, the bedroom was quite comfortable, the beds were awesome. Claytonna and Dave were very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was great. It is quite close to Ricketts Glen and Lake Jean. All in all, a super place to stay. OH, and they have a little dachshund who is adorable!

Claytonna was so welcoming and friendly! Everything you need is provided for you. Breakfast is perfect. She was super helpful suggesting places to go, best spot to park for the trail, and events that were happening for the 4th of July. Would definitely stay here again!
