€300 deposit largest I've ever seen and it is not clearly advertised (booking said €100). Sofa missing a cushion - no reply from staff when messaged about it. Location is one of the worse parts of bcn. No duvets, only a duvet sheet not suitable for winter. Overall finish is terrible with lots of gaps between the floor and wall. Very cheap feel. Wouldn't recommend.

Small amount of damaged items in property such as external socket, table and chair. Cleanliness wasnt too good. Staines on curtains etc

Fairly central, close to metro, great little restaurant/bar nearby called Hive.

Very uncomfortable beds. Dirty windows. Intercom didn't work. Noisy guests in apartment across the hall. Check in at the Black Swan hostel not close by although staff available on whatsapp and very attentive. Took 300 euro deposit however have been told that this will be returned upon inspection.

Good location, walking distance to the beach. The apartment was big enought for 2 families.

Not very clean, the sofa was not comfortable for sleep, some things were not in very good condition in the apartment.

The location was perfect 2 diff line of metro was close by, the famous church was near by. Good source of shops and restaurants. Lidl ia like 5 mins walk Went to a nice restaurant close by.. Did have issue with the bathroom door , but they resolved it swiftly. Thanks to the team

Obviously, the pictures of the apartment presented on Booking.com were taken many years ago. When we arrived we were really disappointed, but thanks to a manager we were moved to another apartment in the same building, that had some renovations. We were struggling all the time, missing some equipment: - the ironing board was completely broken as if it was taking part in a fight, in few days after my complaint it was swapped for a new one; - the refrigerator didn’t work properly (only the freezing part was fine); - the baking oven stopped working in case you set the timer; — the nespresso coffee machine was leaking (a half of coffee was in a cup, another half was inside the machine and on the table around it. I send the video to the costumers support, but the answer was “hello, I don't understand what is wrong with the coffee machine. It seams to be working fine”); — the shower plumbing needs to be replaced. And there was problems with communication: the support service was answering once in a while on my message on WhatsApp. And changing of one dirty towel that we found at our arrival took 3 days after my direct request to a manager. But in the end we extended our stay for few more days because we needed to stay longer in Barcelona, and we didn’t want to start over again with some issues in some different place. I attach the pictures of the first apartment, that was changed to another one (which pictures I don’t have)

The location is great, it is quiet, but close to the center and metro stations. There is a Lidl nearby. The access was really easy, because we got the code a few hours before arriving. It is quite spacious.

The apartment seems not that well taken care of, the cabinets don't close well, we had to buy batteries for the safe, the bathroom doors are missing a piece. There are only two big pots in the kitchen and only one knife for cutting bread.

Very basic. One mirror in the bathroom for the whole apartment, made getting ready very tricky. Very basic selection of utensils and cutlery. Apartment in need of some TLC.

The actual condition of the apartment is looking different than the pictures from booking. Very high level of usage, damaged dors, wall with hols, very low speed of internet.

During my stay I noticed some shortcomings. It started with the fact that we arrived at the apartment at 3:30 pm on the day of arrival and the cleaners were still there. When we asked them how long they would be, they told us that they would need another hour. In the end, however, they needed 2 hours. During these two hours, the apartment was not really habitable for us. In addition, the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, which meant that the sun was permanently shining into the room, as it was on the sunny side, which was very uncomfortable and annoying. There was also no glass in the door of the living room, which meant that guests on the sofa bed could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. This reduced the quality of sleep immensely. In addition, the sofa bed was defective. Here, the backrest bends outward. This also makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on the couch. On the balcony, one of the chairs was completely broken. This one could not be used because of this.

The bedroom wall lights were not working. There is iron but no ironing board. The apartment has washer but no washing detergent provided.

The apartment was nice with all the facilities one needs including a dishwasher and washing machine which is nice when traveling with kids. This was quiet, but short from everywhere near parks, shops and the beach. Suitable distance from the Gorian quarter and the center. Very short time away we wondered about something until we got an answer on chat service so good people who rent out.

Great location and very compy balcony.

One of the rooms was very hot in the morning, better blinds would have fixed it and the bathroom door couldn’t be locked.

Superb host communication, easy access (& clear instructions) with key code, fantastic location to transport, beach & local bars/restaurants.

It would have been great to have an additional mirror outside of the bathroom. That's all!

Inside the appartament there were all the things necessary in the kitchen and pillows were good

The wc was little bit broken and sometimes while doing the shower it was missing hot water for a while

some doors and shades need to be replaced. As well as the TV. very basic kitchen wares.
