The property is beautifully mainted our host Loraine and Noel were very gracious and welcoming .they helped us settle in our room after a long day of travel and hike . They were very considerate and let us use their plates in dining room after hours and cleared our plates and these small things really made us very grateful to them . I would recommend Any kind of traveller to stay at the property .tha location is approachable and very close to bunratty castle ,winery and short drive from Shannon

Location was quiet, and fairly Rural ,But 10 minutes from Limerick City. Good Breakfast, all taste catered for , Large selection, Cereal, Fruit . Various cooked Breakfast, all the hot and cold drinks you could ask for 😊

Beautiful house and very clean. Lorraine was very welcoming and offered different choices for breakfast. Breakfast was freshly cooked and was very tasty.
