The apartments far exceeded our expectations. Loads of space in the living and dining area, large bedroom and massive bathroom. The area and room was so quiet. In 3 nights we did not hear any noise from any other apartment/lift/doors and no outside noise, which meant a great sleep for all of us.
The apartment was cleaned everyday fresh towels too, which was a bonus. The location was excellent for us. A Nice 20 minute walk down into the city, next to a lovely park, and right next to a metro station, which can be connected straight to the river front and to the airport to. If we stayed in Lisbon again i would 100% book these again.

Очень удобный подземный паркинг за 20€ / сутки.
Абсолютно неудобная система check-in.
Не знаю кто её придумал, но менеджерам отеля стоит задуматься о её замене.
Только из-за этого минус балл!

The location was very good and we have stayed in the same location before so it was convenient to use the metro lines. There are several places to eat around so that makes it attractive as well. The place was clean and kitchenette was adequate.
We were a family of 4 and not very happy with the space of the room. Also the air conditioning was letting out a bad odor and the windows would not open all the way so made it a bit suffocating or unpleasant. Only if the air conditioning was good we would have like to stay here again.

La posizione è ottima, centrale e tranquilla, vicino alla metro Marquês de Pombal. Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti.

Nice apartment with strategic location well connected to the city centre, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport.
The apartment was a bit dirty and some areas like the bathroom and the living room were dirty.

The location is great and close to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean, comfortable and had all necessities. Great value for the money. We would definitely recommend.
A small downside was that there was one bathroom/restroom and was accessible only through the bedroom. We were four adults and the two sleeping in the leaving room had to go through the bedroom where the other two were sleeping. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Lots of space, we weren’t expecting a balcony which was beautiful! Big bathroom, lots of wardrobe space..anything you need they have it!
Pillows/bed weren’t the comfiest we have had, but we still slept well after exploring Lisbon!

there was a water heater in one of the closets which took away a lot of storage space that we needed. ants!!! ended up killing two dozen

The location was great for accessing the airport, the city centre, and the local attractions. The room was clean. It was good to have access to a luggage room - but 2 euros for storage is on the expensive side, especially if you have more than 1 suitcase which means you'd need two lockers - 4 euros.
This was the first time I stayed at a place without a person-staffed reception. I think this is not for me. I prefer to be able to have access to a real person as I walk down to the ground floor to ask for information, etc. Instead, you have access to a person on the phone, and this feels very impersonal.

We had a nice apartment with a sitting room and a bedroom . The location is really very good with the metro close by .the hip hop bus gray line main terminal 5 minutes and Avenue liberdade ,the high fashion Street also 5 minutes away . Easy walk of 15 20 minutes to the buzzing Martin moniz and other plazas with food and shopping . The apartment very well equipped with great Aircon and toaster , tea maker ,microwave .super mkt close by .
To enter the building u need a entry door code which we did not seem to have . We entered with some help from another guest and after that the check in was smooth

Excellent location. The apartment is perfect for a family of five. It's very close to the subway station and also walking distance from downtown Lisboa. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

good location in the centre close to public transport and within walking distance (downhill) to the central squares
automated check-in with scanning of IDs, in our case the photos on booking.com did not match the look of our apartment (specs and size did)

We drove to Lisbon and the apartment was very easy to find, only a few minutes from the bridge. Parking is available on site in an underground garage. Check in no problem with the codes, the apartment was clean and the rooms spacious. There were complimentary crackers, jam and tea. The sofa bed was large, two full sized individual beds. Bed sheets and towels all very clean, cleaning staff were friendly. Soap and shower gel provided in the bathrooms. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The location for us was perfect, a lovely walk down the Av. Liberdade to Praça do Comercio (uphill all the way back!) and next to the Parque Eduardo VII. There are several restaurants nearby, McDonalds, and small shops for groceries. We bought freshly baked pastries (still warm!) for breakfast from the Pastelaria Coimbra just across the street.
The kitchen was very small, the light didn't work.

Best place we stayed in all of Portugal..the place was highly functional, having just what you would need to make your stay comfortable The location was wonderful, right by the metro with easy access to the rest of the city. The daily cleaning service was a great touch we weren't expecting. Keyless entry to the building and the apartment was convenient.

This is more on booking and operational matter. Booking.com and the property need to streamline payments as the property does not accept AMEX causing some confusion.

Good value for money, parking is free at night but you have to pay in the day time. Bed was comfortable and apartment was clean.
the check in needs everyone’s passport scanned. once u enter everything in for first passport you can just hit next for all the others.

Convinient location - close to all necessaties. Room darkening and sound proof blinds in this city center location made it an excellent choice.
Ad showed colorful furnishings. My appartment was bland - it matters with a longer term stay.
