Clean, well appointed apartment and in an excellent area. Had every thing we needed, very comfortable beds. Didn’t need to contact host for anything as all instructions were left for us. I agree with previous reviews that this apartment is perfect.

Much bigger than expected with 3 beds to chose from. Lovely touches such as fresh milk in the fridge and some snacks / tea provided which was greatly appreciated. It was luxurious having access to a washing machine, cooking facilities etc.
I had to ring the owners to find the apartment and the key since Bookings.com didn't provide any information about check in. We received multiple messages from Bookings.com leading up to check in, but not anything about the check in process! (i.e. this is a home, not a hotel; there is no reception). The accomodation is on the second level which is why you can't find the number on a door (so we walked around in the rain for a while trying to find it). But the owners were very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed the location and how quiet the neighborhood was. Also it felt very secure and everything we needed was available in the apartment that a person could need.
A little out-dated in decor and there were a few lighting issues.

Everything else. Fabulous apartment in a safe and quiet part of Inverness. 10 min walk into the city centre along The Ness Walk. Very comfortable bed. Great facilities. Terrific shower. Easy access on arrival. Personal parking spot.Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and tidy. Plenty crockery and cutlery. A nice sitting room and a quiet location.
Too much air freshener and windows that are prevented from opening meant that it took a long time to get rid of the smell.
Also a shower over the bath would be a welcome addition.

The host stayed in touch and was very helpful although we never had to contact her as everything was good. Very well equipped apartment with everything you need, fluffy towels and even cereal, milk and toiletries which was a nice touch. Great location for walks near the river Ness and into Inverness. Nice spot and well maintained apartment, would recommend.
Only a couple of niggles, the beds were quite firm so I struggled with back pain, a topper would have helped. And the signal on the TV wasn't great so sometimes the picture was intermittent. Both easy to remedy? Maybe the terrestrial TV would have been more reliable than the BT box.

The house is very comfortable with plenty of room in wardrobes. The dishes and kitchen utensils were very good but the most important thing is how the owners thought about everything. You have board games, DVDs, books, etc. Even the small things matter like a bottle of milk or cereals for breakfast.
Also the house was very clean which to us is very important.
The only thing I could say is the bed is too soft, but that is a matter of taste.

We felt safe, area very quiete with city centre close by. The beds were very comfortable, I liked the bath and egyptian cotton towels. Overall its a lovely place.

Location was easy to find and not too far from town center. It was a nice walk by the river. Property was well maintained and the area was quiet and felt safe.

The location was great, the flat was very cosy and clean. The host was very quick to respond to messages and attend to our needs, helpful. They even provided treats and cereals which our kids enjoyed.
