These guys were amazingly responsive. They answered questions and quickly provided anything that the apartment was missing. Brilliant customer service experience.

The view was awesome (but the security net wasn’t so pretty) The WiFi was good enough to remote work from (but only in the living room)

- The WiFi doesn’t really work in the main bedroom - The bathroom door handle fell off every time we open it. - The shower had mould - There was hair on the glass in the shower - The hot shower didn’t work on our second day - The roof in the bathroom had a small hole in it and water started dripping through the hole on our last day - The owner didn’t message in advance with information, he messaged 10-15 minutes after I arrived at the accommodation to check in. I didn’t know the room number as it wasn’t clear on the confirmation and the person at the gate didn’t know we were coming so we wasted a lot of time trying to check in.
