Very friendly owner, available and flexible. Flat is very nice, very well equipped, nothing missing, nice terrasse. Very quiet area at 10 minutes from the Cité of Carcassonne

Nothing at all we disliked

Lack of communication with host due to language issues, nothing at all in information pack in English or French regarding recycling, or local Emergency numbers, Found some sort of message inside a wardrobe in French ref cleaning??? Felt there could have been far more information for English speaking guests. Not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults as only a 2 seater settee Balcony chairs very hard Kitchen equipment very Basic Stairs not easy with large cases if unsteady on your feet.

Excellent location, for my standards. Jacques is a very helpful and nice person. The property fits it purpose: good equipments, very clean, good space, nice environment (I do not like dogs on the neighborough, but a minor tweak).

The only details that could be improved: The internet connection is very unstable. Result of poor signal strenght. And on the hot summer nights an AC unit would be welcome.
