The apartment was spacious and clean .Big size TV, kitchen with all cooking appliances and big enough fridge.
Apartment is actually close to airport .So all arriving plains flying literally over the apartment at very low height. All day and night sometimes every 15min. Beds are big enough ,but mattresses and pillows not comfortable .

-located in quiet, friendly neighborhood;
-very spacious and clean;
-free parking for even bigger cars either in front of location or streets nearby;
-fully equipped kitchen with oven, heating plate and fridge among other things;
-small balcony with table and chairs;
-comfortable beds including sofas.
-WIFI was fractious at times;
-shower head handle above bathtub was hanging by a thread.

Every thing was as I expected, perfect location.

It is a big appartment with lots of space. Near de tram station - (300-500) meters. Big rooms and well equipped in the kitchen. Keeper from the appartment in lower floor was helpfull in day of arrival.
Mirror Lighs in WC need to be repaired. During the night there are lots of airplanes landing and leaving and can be noisy

The size of the apartment, comfort of the beds and geographical location (close to train station, just 15 mins. from Cologne Dom) is perfect.
We would not come back just due to the owners behavior. We stayed 10 days and in day 5 we asked for fresh towels and bedlinen, we would change all by ourselves, but the owned was yeling at us, that she does not have to change anything... we would even wash them by our selves, but there is no washing mashine :) She ofered us to find a loundry in the city! Even when we left extra 20 eur on the table, she didn't give us fresh bed linens....
