The apartment is in the best location ever,we saw all the sites and everyone of them was within walking distance.The furtherest 20 min away. When you exit the aparment turn to your left and there is a cash machine and a little grocery shop,literally 10 steps away!!Resturants,cafes, cathedral and real alcazar not even 5 mins walk.Down all the alley ways are little quirky shops,you will never get bored of exploring,!!

Location is excellent.

- Room (ground floor) is dark, humid and noise - Bathroom was smelly and did not look very good - keypad to enter the room would not work The main problem with our stay is that the keypad to enter the room would not work properly. Once I waited 15 min until they could open it remotely. I asked it to be repaired, but for two days the situation was the same. The only solution was to leave the patio door open and enter through it every time. That is, the room was left unlocked. I sent them videos showing how it did not work, but nothing. Only when I gave up and moves to another hotel they said that someone came by and did not find any problem. I was not informed of that, even though I requested so, to see if I was doing anything wrong. Nevertheless, I don’t think I was, because I had no problem with the front keypad, only with the room keypad. My wife also did not get it to work. Before leaving, I documented again with a video that the keypad did not work. So, to avoid leaving the room unlocked, we moved to another hotel in town, much more comfortable, quiet, and for the same price or less. (Needless to say that I asked to have the remaining days refunded, but they refused.) Luckily we made the decision to move, instead of letting this experience ruin our vacation.

None - the otherwise convenient location cannot compensate for the bad experience we had.

Sadly we cannot say we had a nice stay - subpar check in experience - air conditioning not working - dirty kitchen and bathroom - bed stand lights not working - mosquitoes and bed bugs in the room - dirty old couch that has seen better days - smelly room - we had to open the windows to vent the room - but the mosquitoes came in! - an offsite property manager who we never saw on-site to assist in our concerns and only corresponded through WhatsApp The room is overpriced compared to many other places we’ve stayed in other parts of Spain and my wife is not happy. In fact she’s angry we can get other cleaner well maintained well staffed quieter hotel rooms 600 feet away from your property for much less.

it was an excellent location. a good value. the staff was incredibly helpful. Angela went out of her way to help us with a problem we had with our luggage. She communicated with us on a regular basis to keep us updated. She was incredibly helpful in a very stressful situation.

Our room was very dark. On the bottom floor with no natural light.

location was perfect. Beds really comfortable. Good blackout blinds. Good shower. All facilities were there that you needed for example kettle, microwave, fridge.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. The physical setup of the apartment was good.

Without detailed instructions the apartment was very difficult to find. We found the pots and pans and the silverware, but never found the cooking utensils.

Staff was exceptional. I really liked attention to the guest. Lady customized breakfast according to my preferences.

It got a little noisy during the morning.

The bedrooms were open plan - one downstairs and the other upstairs on a mezzanine with balcony over the other bedroom so lacked privacy.

Perfect location for visiting the old city. Very quiet as tucked away in a little no through street with no access for cars. Roof terrace where we relaxed to read or enjoy breakfast, morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Our apartment was very dark which meant we slept soundly. Comfortable apartment. Key pad for access was good as it meant not having to carry keys around and that we each had independent access.

The apartment could have been cleaned better - dust around edge of room and a few hairs that were not ours.

You could not ask for a more central location (two blocks from cathedral) yet in a quiet street. The management team went our of their way to. Provide me flexibility with early check in and later checkout for me to be able. To work remotely until my flight!

My room Didn't have much natural. Light, however the apartments have many common areas (terrace with sun and sun umbrellas) and a courtyard within the trees/plants with pleasant shade even wihh electric plugs to work with laptop outside!

location was fabulous- so close to walking streets full of restaurants and right near main attractions- easy to get around by foot. cute rooftop terrace, comfortable bed, clean

Excellent host (Nuria) who was very knowledgeable and helped us booked taxi transfers from and to the airport. Location is amazing - next door to the Alcazar and Cathedral, right in the heart of the cultural centre.

Perhaps another mirror somewhere (bedroom?) but that's being really picky!!

My room was slightly different from the photos shown online. There was no natural light and dark in the room.

Contact with host was very good till I informed her that our flight was cancelled last minute. Since then, no response to my messages anymore…So appartement might be good, host is not emphatic at all and moreover completely closed and ignoring you instead of being kind and looking together for a solution. Following me this even important then a nice and clean appartement.

The property is beautiful, well located and very clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful. They cleaned up daily and left new towels and coffee. they provided a map and general recommendations of things to do and even allowed us to take our time leaving the day we checked out because they didn’t have anyone else coming that day. we could not have been more pleased. We had already stayed in two apartments and a hotel prior to our Seville stop and this place was by far our favorite.

The location is perfect to visit and live the city. Host very nice and helpful, always reachable. Lovely little internal courtyard.

The only thing I can think of, there were not enough racks to hang towels.

Cleanliness, proximity

lots of room, great balcony, great location, in the center of everything but off on a dead end, very quiet. host was great at communicating and very nice

stairs are steep and no elevator was no problem for us but would be for someone with big bags. bathroom was small but clean.

Best location in sevilla. Right in the middle of the historic city center, but not on a crowded street. The apartment was comfy and the staff was super nice and helpful.

The only downside was that our room on the ground floor only had a small window - but there was a terrace we could use to relax outside.
