1) Breakfasts are delicious and overall dishes at the restaurant 2) Full equipment to cook yourself was available, it's pretty crucial for us since we're traveling with kids 3) Location just between Brno and Vien 4) Locally produced good wine 5) Heating was working well

1) I ordered a room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, but we had 4 single beds after arrival. After a lengthy discussion with the administrator, they said "sorry" and were allowed to put them together. So please remove that from the room description and don't lie to the clients. 2) Staff don't speak English or any other language except Czech. But the problem is more about the lack of hospitality itself. 3) Cleaning isn't good, a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. But the most "funny" was used and smelling slippers in the room which I believe should be changed to the new ones. 3) No fan to dry hair 4) Beds are noisy and not comfortable

We stayed in apartment for 4 persons, kids had their own beds. Good location. Very friendly and caring staff.

Price for the dog was high. Despite air conditioning, it was very hot in the room.

Location was good, quite comfortable to stop for overnight. Breakfast we made ourselves in the facilities. But the room was smelling of smokes - it seems somebody was smoking in the room despite its not allowed.

The quality of equipment, furniture, interior was very cheap. Staff didn't look very welcoming.

- AC in the room - huge room - separate bedrooms - restaurant in the building - small playground - free parking - clean

- a lot of stairs to the room and in the apartment (apartment has a lower floor wih kitchen, bathroom and dinnig room, and steep stairs to bedroom on the second floor) - stairs aren't secured for small kids - AC is only in the bedroom (upstairs) - bathroom is only on the lower floor - staff doesn't speak english
