Perfect in every aspect.

Excellent facilities; super clean and comfortable. Easy street parking. Smooth frequent connection to the inner city by public bus without need to change busses. Walking to the inner city would be a 20-30 min walk on some incline. Easily reachable large grocery store three bus stops down the street.

There are a number of steps to be done up and down an incline between street level and apartment level. This may not be everyone's cup of tea ...

Quite big and extremely clean and with every thing we needed. Garage for car as well

Spacious, clean, well-equipped. A garage was made available for our car.

The host was very agreeable and very polite. Even though my german speaking skills are limited the host was very patient and explained everything more than once probably.

The road to the city center can be a bit tiring for persons that do not have a good physical condition. You need to walk about 700/800 meters with a 80 meter climb. I am fit and train regularly, but at night it was a bit tiring especially in winter weather (and a large meal).

My wife and I stayed two nights in this nice apartment. The location is great on a hill with nice views of the city and at walking distance of the centre of Tübingen (we didn’t mind walking up and down the hill). The communication with the host went smooth.

Great location with all advertised facilities and very clean.

The cleaning fee was not advertised up front and for that reason I felt it is very expensive. We travel extensively and cleanliness should be part of the fee, we felt we were caught with the excessive extra cost. Be aware and cautionary, when booking.
