Right in the Old town - lots of restaurants Great amenities in bathroom Location Clean

Some of the reception staff could be more attentive Some of them were really service minded and smiling , kind and helpful others weren’t. Refrigerator made lots of noise.

4th or 5th time at Bettolo hotel (last time was before Covid). Still great location (very central), confortable room and helping and smily staff.

Was this time allocated on a corner on 2nd floor which looked a bit strange and where the windows were not completely closing. Still was comfortable and OK for 1 night.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room. The location, once we found it, was excellent for walking access to shopping and transport.

I had requested twin beds on booking and phoned a week prior to check that the request had been confirmed then had to wait while our room was prepared accordingly.

the bed was good, and the view was great

a very strong perfume smell. we commented about it, and the person at the desk said it was to hide bad smell from the street. we did not notice any bad smell outside, so… we also dod not like that they charged us to refill the nespresso pods, although we were staying 4 nights. I have never seen this in another hotel, and it was not cheap!

-staff (reception and bfast) : very friendly and caring -lobby area on the first floor with couch (very practical while we waited for our room) -location -room was very spacious and clean -small balcony with a view

-bfast (in quantity and diversity) -taxi cannot get right to the property (some luggages struggle on old cobbled streets)

Elia Bettolo is clean and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. This part of Chania is very walkable. We arrived early and our room was ready! The room overlooked a side street with shops, the bathroom was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and overall we had a quiet and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was simple but tasty. It was good enough for 2 days but if you like variety I’d recommend going somewhere close by, as there are several options to choose from. The team arranged airport transfers and gave clear directions on how to get to the bus stop. Everyone was sweet and professional.
