Pebbles was a great central location and an easy drive to nearby, Beer, Sidmouth and the Donkey Sanctuary. There were more than enough attractions to keep us busy. We visited lots of independent cafes and restaurants which were all in 5 mins walking distance. Peter helped us with the parking and our hosts were helpful and knowledgeable.
Great view from the room too and an affordable price.
Restrictions on the parking but this is to be expected at seaside locations.

Parking was on the street adjacent, only if a space was available.
Stating Free parking at the property is very misleading.

the bed was confortable
The toilet wasn’t clean enough (there was an information notice on how to clean the toilet), the shower was electric no power. There was no fire escape plan that was visible.
The continental breakfast was of extremely limited choice for example the fruit choice was an apple or banana or grapes - one day we both ordered both bananas and grapes but only got one portion of each for the two of us.
We are now out of covid rules but it seemed the easy option for the owner. Our rooms were not serviced for the 3 nights stay. ( Towels not changed).
We were given a tea towel to dry our mugs but no cloth to wipe the table or clean the cups or indeed washing up liquid.

Such a lovely family which makes traditional B&B show why it’s just simply the best. We couldn’t have felt more at home and at the same time left to do what we wanted. Highly highly recommend!

Very good for a continental breakfast and the location was excellent for access to beach and amenities. Extras provided in room and bathroom were also excellent.
Parking was available in local car park’s but none at b&b in daytime only on road opposite between 6pm and 9am at night.

The room and the house were great overall. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the common area had thick carpet installed for quietness, and the toiletries selection was nice. The location is perfect: it is one minute away from the beach and the stop for the busses that can take you to Beer, Sidmouth or Axminster. The latter is convenient for travelling from and to London. Peter and Julie were very friendly and helpful hosts.
I would prefer to have some hot food for breakfast and breakfast space outside the room because it can be a bit uncomfortable to eat inside especially if you travelling with someone.

We received a lovely warm welcome from hosts Peter & Julie, nothing was to much trouble for them. This beautiful BnB is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, with a perfect location so close to the beach. Our room was so comfortable with a sea view. There is a guest fridge located on landing to use if required. Fresh water in room ,refreshed daily or more often if needed. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. Continental breakfast is delivered to your room each morning beautifully presented in a basket, plenty of choices which are made the previous eve and preferred time of delivery, which we really enjoyed. Peter & Julie were the perfect hosts and went over and beyond to make our stay a perfect one. would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect and within easy reach of the town and seafront so allowed us to leave the car parked up most of the time.

Peter and Julie were the perfect hosts and made us feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. COVID safety was followed and made us feel safe. Couldn’t wish for anything more, thank you

Excellent location, perfectly clean room and premises, very friendly, helpful and efficient owners.
We would naturally have preferred hot breakfast but understandable that space and covid precautions didn't allow this. Under these circumstances the basket breakfast was good.

We had an amazing stay at Pebbles. It is at the heart of Seaton with close proximity to the seafront. The place is so clean with strict compliance and protocols to covid. Our hosts are so lovely, very welcoming, kind and respectful. The service is superb. They deliver the breakfast to our room. The room is spacious, very clean lovely furniture. We will definitely comeback and recommend the Pebbles to friends and colleagues who are planning to come to Devon.
