Everything was perfect! The room was perfectly clean and fully equipped, the owner was very pleasant and kind. It was a short walk to the sea and beach was also beautiful and calm. Thank Permarinus Apartments for a wonderful holiday, we will be happy to come back.

We had some issues with WiFi.

We were at Croatia for the first time and stayed at Permarinus apartments for a week. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was minutes walking away. To go to the center of Split, it was a 20minutes ride with the Uber. We loved it here!

Clean, close to the beach, and has everything you’d need for a shorter stay. Hosts are friendly and accomodating

New property, located 10 minute drive from a Split, but located 3 minutes walk from local beach, quiet area, clean & equipped apartment, friendly & professional owner & his son, they were both very helpful, parking adequate & private, non smoking apartment so no bad smells, taxi ride to Split is only 70Kuna with Uber if booked in advance so fair seeing as hourly parking rates within the centre charge around 25kuna/hour, air conditioning in room kept me sane throughout the night as 35celcius heat I would’ve hated to have not have air conditioning, after we checked out the hosts kindly allowed us to leave the car at the premises & enjoy our day in split before we came back to drive off later in the evening, overall, perfect stay.
