Location is perfect and the room is nice and clean.

The Room is excellent and accomodation is located in the center of the Porto Sant Elpidio. The Hosts are great and always available to guests.

Very clean room, although a bit small. Right in the city centre, the staff was friendly and we had a Breakfast voucher to be used at a local cafe. Deals to dine at other restaurants nearby.
The room was slightly too small. The smell was not the best (maybe due to old sewage?)

The location was perfect! very central, close to restaurants and a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very kind and ready to accomodate our needs. Breakfast is offered in two very close bars, with a few packed options and coffee in the kitchen ready for guests all day long.
Nothing major, but the bathroom (private) was outside the room (just next door) and being right under the roof it could get quite hot there (there is AC in the room but no ventilators in the bathroom).
