Modern clean and well equipped. Staff very hopeful before arrival and during stay. House keeping staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely area. Great beach. Clean.
The breakfast was cery expensive for family of 4 £60 per sitting, with no cheaper option available

Great location with parking. Facilities were above expectations with friendly staff.
Minor issue for our bathroom was that it did not have a power point for use of a hairdryer. Other rooms had plenty of power points. Second hired Apartment there was no such issue so must have been peculiar to Apartment 514.

Perfect place for the families. Great location , beautiful rooms and very friendly employees from the front desk to the restaurant. We loved everything!

Spacious apartment for 2 people, good location
Spiders and other insects, swimming pool was not clean. Was expecting basics like oil, salt and pepper instead of having to go buy full packs from the super market.
There was also no oven/toaster. Poor wifi which kept disconnecting. Safe was not functioning.

Breakfast was great also like dinner. Beds, rooms were very comfy. Very good, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location.
Some staff could be more professional. 3 evenings our family were just alone in restaurant during the dinner and staff could sat near us and loudly speak between each other and loudly laugh. It wasn't good experience.

The location is perfect. Situated in a lovely bay by the sea. The apartments are nice and clean with modern furnishings. There is a small garden and seating area outside. The pool area is very good with loungers & umbrella's with the restaurant and beach next to it.
The reception is not always manned so end up looking for someone and waiting around. Also, we stayed 6 nights and although the apartment was cleaned and fresh towels the bed sheets were not. On our last day we were by the pool and groups of people kept coming up from the beach, jumping in for a swim then going back. One family were shouting for the rest of them to come on up. We went to reception and said they should have a sign saying its residents only but she just said 'they know'. Very unhelpful and annoying when you have paid for this facility.

I was surprised by the air conditioning equipment - I have never experienced anywhere in similar apartments that there were dedicated units in each room.
I very much appreciated the properly functioning internet connection. This should be the standard these days, but in many places it is not the case. In Villa Dalmacija it is.
All the windows and also the patio doors were equipped with mosquito nets - amazing!
The cleaners also did a great job.
I have nothing for this area. Everything was functioning well and we very enjoyed our time at Vile Dalmacija.

Staff in the restaurant was very kind, thank you Dario for your kind help :) Meal was excellent and plenty both for breakfast and for dinner, selection and variety was wide. Location of the apartments is perfect, close to the beach with good access. Apartment was OK and with good facilities, quiet, clean. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk only. The apartments are in the middle of Preko, which is a lovely village with nice locations, we made walks every evening.
Not enough place for clothes and stuff within the apartment, some wardrobes would have been useful. Cleaning was made every third day, it might have been more frequent. Sometimes the electricity went off, but was repaired within reasonable time.

Clean and cosy apartment, next to a beautiful beach. Halfboard was rich and delicous. Kind staff. Best place for swimming, sunbathing, hiking and cycling.

Amazing location just a Few minutes walk to town center with shops and restaurants; in front of a sandy beach, great amenities so you don’t have to go elsewhere - pool, beach with beds, restaurant, bar with live music, massage and kids playground; clean and spacious rooms; Emma in reception was so helpful
Breakfast was repetitive and by 9:30 was always out of fruit; the pool was heavily chlorinated on a couple of days; seafood in the restaurant wasn’t freshly caught as in other restaurants; housecleaners arrived around 9:30 every morning banging on the doors but If you were still getting ready, they wouldn’t come back the rest of the day; no beach towels provided so bring your own

Clean, modern and spacious appartment close to the sea (we were in first row) and very nice pebble beach for kids.
People "reserving" their places on the beach and pool at 7am while they come to swim at 11am. I'm sure that even some notification would help..

FANTASTIC FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, NICE LOCATION - especially for family with kids or small children, mainly due to nice pool and very pleasant sandy beach (quite rare in CROATIA)
Sicne we have traverd with dog, I would appreciate to have room vacumed during our stay, not just swept

Very family friendly. The staff is very accommodating. Restaurants, play grounds, and beach right in front. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk.

Rooms are great. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning that works! :)
The food in restaurant is delicious. Fish soup best of the best.
The staff is awesome. Always smiling and willing to assist.
The pool also great. Not crowded. There are many sunbeds to use. The water is super clean and quite warm (not heated though).
The beach is 15 meters from the hotel and is great. Very clean.
I missed variety in breakfast. It was the same every day.

We really enjoyed our holiday with our 4 year old. It is a nice place for kids with a playground, pool, and close to a sand beach shallow enough to play with kids. Thanks to the attentive staff, we had the best time. They do care about every little detail.

Warm and friendly welcome.Very positive and professional reception. From first day untill last we felt most positive atmosphere. Beach is perfect for kids and very close to app.
Accomodation was clean equiped with all relevant items. All in all it can fit in only one word “perfect”

Perfect, close to the beach, ideal for families with children :). Playground next to the beach bar is very clever idea :). As we planed to arrive after the restaurants working hours, I made a phone call and lady from the reception was so nice to order a pizzas for us for the dinner. She was also waiting for us after the reception working hours, which was very nice too.

Storage space is lacking, especially for 2 couples with little baby.

The home 🏡 was beautiful,clean and every home has its own parking space except those with two vehicles

Destination is very well situated. Great for family with small kids. Thea have great resort restaurant. Employers are very nice, kind and prepare to help you.

The location was wonderful, the beach was only 100 m far. The appartment is well equiped and clean.
The rooms are small, there is no place for a wardrobe.
