Amazing. We stayed in the Duplex apartment was perfect. Huge over two floors. Kitchen etc. Had a balcony were you could sit and ideal for anyone that smokes Perfect location away from the hussle

very roomy, great location made it easy to visit all we wished in the city. and Starbucks was 3 meters away.

The apartment was nice and had lots of space. Well situated in the city center. Very practical parking system, although for some people the tight manoeuvring required might be a bit of a challenge.

The potentially nice apartment was completely wasted by a pungent sewer smell from the bathroom. We complained after the first night, and when we came back it was cleaned and the apartment smelled like a swimming, but at least no stench. After another night, the clorine was gone and the odor was back. Complained again, nothing was done, only they left open the bathroom door so now the whole apartment smelled badly. We have not been able to take a shower or a bath, basically the bathroom was a no-go area because of nausea. At least there was a separate toilet.

Location was good and a short walk to Charles bridge. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Apartment was huge and had 2 bedrooms with comfy beds.

Although the beds were comfortable the pillows were a bit deflated 😬. My only other moan is that you have a lovely comfy huge bed and I'm presuming because of room occupancy you get given a lumpy single duvet which was a bit of a let down 👎

Very big and nice place in a great location

Was not very clean and the charge for the air conditioning seemed excessive. We requested a high chair for our child however we were advised they do not have one which was different to what we we’re advised prior to our stay (just a note for those recalling with a child).

The suite we stayed in was perfect for our family. We are a family of 5, traveling with 3 additional family members, and the two rooms with the pull-out couches gave us enough room for all. There is some noise from the street, but fortunately the heat wave broke, and it was cool enough for us to close the double windows, which cut off the noise. There is also air conditioning in the rooms, available for an additional fee. We reserved spots for our two cars in the garage behind the hotel, which was very convenient. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk from the Charles Bridge and all attractions. The Starbucks downstairs was also great for morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Prague.

We arrived at the hotel around 5:30 pm, which is 30 minutes after the 5:00 pm window for check-in. There was a fee (approximately $33) for the late late check in, which was stated on the booking site, but being charged for being 30 minutes late was an unpleasant start.
