The person in charge of room service was so worried about our safety when I reported glass was broken when i opened the drawer and called them to pay for it he wanted to rush to clean the broken glasses that was so kind of him unfortunately i do not have his name to reveal it but it was on 22 may
more water and toilet stuff like soap and shampoo but i did not have time to report it am sure if i did report they will arrange

The walking distance to Masjidil Haram was the best and convenient to get food at the hotel block as it is adjacent to many shops!
We had mixed feelings about the breakfast spread. Husband said it wasn't international spread - more to the flavours of Arab!

The hotel is great, good clean and sizeable rooms.
The iftar setup is a mess and clearly needs more staff to coordinate. Lots of food options but as there is no staff.to guide guests to tables it becomes a free for all.

مكان الفندق جدا رائ يقابله دار التوحيد ولكن يطلع على مداخل الحرم الرئيسية ويقع الفندق مع مول يتواجد به اهم المحلات، طبعاً مكان الفندق والموظفين مريحين ومحترفين، والغرفة وااااسعه ،، واشكر تعاون الجميع في كل شي وخصوصا المدير عبدالعزيز وموظف الاستقبال عمر على كل مساعداته والعامل جويل تنظيف وترتيب اكثر من محترف للغرف،،

Excellent location, staff, cleanliness and overall experience outstanding. Housekeeping person Mr. Tasawar was like energetic bunny in making sure our room stayed clean and we have all the things for daily use. We recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be keep coming back to this hotel.
