Lovely spacious bedroom, with equally lovely en-suite bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Access to communal kitchen/living room, also very clean. Location was amazing - right in the centre of everything, and a fabulous historical building to stay in (though the apartment itself is modern, and tastefully decorated). Just a few steps away from wonderful restaurants and cafes, the market square, and so many beautiful shops…and of course, literally across the street from the Casa di Giulietta. Federico was such a lovely, helpful, and attentive host…which was so very much appreciated. I look forward to staying here again!
I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the volume on the TV…but that probably says more about my limited technical abilities than the property!

Excellent location, literally opposite to Casa di Giulietta. 5-10 minutes walk from all attractions including l’Arena, Piazza del Erbe, L’Adige …
Charming historic building and marble staircase.
Comfortable and spacious room and bathroom.
Owner very responsive and helpful.

Good size room with comfortable beds. Nice shower room. Good location. Surprisingly quiet.
Billed as a guest house but actually a shared apartment. Room opens directly to kitchen/reception. Basic requests (extra towel, pillow, light bulb, umbrella) either refused or met only next day by absentee owner. Many flights of stairs.

In a beautiful old house a very modern appartment/room in the centre of Verona. The owner is very kind and helpful. I will reccomend it to my friends.

Heating was blocked and not possible to regulate.
Cold in the room.
No parking, very big problem if there is a car to park, 2€/h permitted just for 2h

The location was brilliant for tourists. It was a pretty spot and a modern apartment. We were the only guests.
Would not have wanted to share the kitchen if there were other guests. No advice on how to use the cook top or dishwasher. We had no hot water for the first day, but this was attended to.
