Ambiente molto accogliente, ben arredato e molto spazioso. Ottimo anche per motociclisti (anche se ero in auto) per il parcheggio coperto ad un passo dall'ingresso di casa (copertura senza soluzione di continuità, molto comoda per scaricare i bagagli in caso di pioggia). Dotazione completa in tutto l'appartamento. Macchina del caffè nescafè. Letto abbastanza comodo. Tanto spazio anche per gli amici a 4 zampe, grande terrazzo coperto. Buona la posizione anche se è necessario prendere l'auto in quanto non ci sono marciapiedi. Nella seconda stanza sono disponibili tanti giochi da tavola. La proprietaria abita al piano sottostante ed è disponibilissima, anche se non c'è stato bisogno di nulla.

Impianto elettrico un po' datato, vicino al letto la presa è inutilizzabile e coperta solo da una "X" fatta col nastro isolante. Segnale basso del wifi. Abbastanza presente il rumore del centro commerciale Bennet a valle della montagna dove è ubicato l'appartamento.

Maura was really helpful and gave us a lift with the bags up and down the hill to the station, which was much appreciated after a long journey.. The flat was lovely: spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Location is about 15 minutes from town. It is on a road and steep. So not suitable for everyone. There was a couple of restaurants nearby going further uphill. Large roomy apartment and well equipped. Did get some noise from neighbours, but you are living in a small block. The host is very helpful and gives you a friendly welcome.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms, But was in the lounge.

Picturesque location with partial view of Lake and Como in distance, large well furnished and fitted apartment, tastefully and thoughtfully fitted. Host was friendly and helpful.

Access to the property in my large 4x4 was difficult and parking required some shuffling.

We really enjoyed our stay! Getting there by public transport was fine, with a 20 minute walk up the hill at the end. However leaving by public transport on Sunday was a bit more tricky due to less frequent busses. Thanks to Maura for saving the day!

This was our third stay here, as we travel to Umbria every 2 years from the UK and stop in Cernobbio. Maura is fantastic and the apartment is sparklingly clean. Check in and check out are easy and as long as you don't have mobility problems, the walk down to town is easy.

We overshot and approached the apartment from the wrong direction, which makes entering the gate and parking 'interesting' (I'd either reverse back down or drive into town and start again if I did it again! From the correct direction, it's fine!

Very cozy apartment with all things you could need.
