The apartment is very modern & spacious.
The location is a bit random. Whilst close to the beach it isn’t super close to the old town.

Very Large apartment very nicely furnished. Close to the centre with parking for medium car. Parking in Spli is difficult so this is very useful.

This is a spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen. A car parking space is also provided. Excellent location with a short walk to the old historic town and beach. The host was friendly and welcoming.

large space with two bathrooms. comfortable beds with plenty of room for your group to spread out. also had a nice balcony.
hot water was not working. location was okay, decent walk to the main area/port of the city.

Everything was perfect: clean, spacious, well equipped (kitchen, bathroom). Parking space is a huge plus. Would recommend anytime.

Great size apartment loads of space.
Massive bed !
Good location 5 min walk to restaurants and bars.
2 min walk to the beach
There was no where to hang the shower head.
So whilst showering you have to hold the shower head in your hand and hold it over yourself.
not to do with the apartment it’s self but the people who live in the apartment above are loud !!
All throughout the night and early morning constantly moving furniture l and dogs running around which kept waking us up

Great location - close to different beaches (sand and rock), as well as the beautiful downtown city and a corner store close by (5min walk) Our children enjoyed the comfortable pull out sofa. It was the best during our stay in Croatia so far. The apartment was fully equipped with high end household appliances. (Washing Maschine, dish washer, safe, Iron, First aid kit etc.)
The outside building was a block house, lacking the Croatian touch.

Location was excellent with a short 10 min walk to the heart of Split. The apartment was fantastic, clean and modern with quality tv and wi-fi available. Our host was extremely helpful and informative with very quick responses to emails and texts for all our queries. Thank you!

Apartment clean and well located. Helpful host.
The second bedroom was tiny and just had a sofa cum bed, with a lumpy mattress, not a proper bed. Parking area and manoeuvrability was very tight.

Good location- close to the Riva and old town. Large apartment with all facilities. Very modern and had everything we needed including shower gel/ shampoo, tea and coffee etc
Our apartment faced the street so it was really loud at night.
