The views from the terrace were amazing. The villa was perfectly located to enjoy the beach and the wonderful little community.

The maintenance of the building was a little tired, very low water pressure & toilet holders hanging off. We lost power twice due to a fault with the dishwasher in the top apartment & the drainage in the showers were poor. We understand that everything can’t be perfect all the time but for the cost we think the above mentioned could be better.

The apartment is located in an unbeatable place. The tranquility and the privileged views from the heated pool is wonderful. Very comfortable direct access with private elevator to the apartment. We will be back for sure.

Perfect location on the beach and close to town restaurants and bars. Incredible views. The apartment was pristine and very well equipped. We arrived to a big fruit bowl, chocolates which the children quickly devoured and a fridge with milk & juice. The coffee machine has capsules. The Kitchen has everything you need including cleaning products. The bathrooms had toiletries. We had secure parking. The agent we dealt with in Mallorca was very prompt and helpful with a map and guide on where to find things.

- the price for one week too high as for such a price / size of apprartement you would expect some free amneties, like Dishwasher Tabs, soap for washing dishes, salt / pepper/ kitchen paper / spagehtti sieve / potential to change bed linen - small information folder with maps of the area / hints & tips (e.g. local markets, supermarket, restaurants) / taxi number / bike rental would be a nice benefit to improve the experience - missing was as well a barbecue which was listed to have this in the terrace - floor was not fully clean when we arrived.. blond hairs around
