if the housing positions itself with a view of the sea, then there should be a view of the sea without branches of trees/bushes, etc., the toilet/bath should be together in the room and not a separate part

We had a really great time at Vila Radic! Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Feels like coming home. View from balcony was amazing!! Room had everything we needed. Super friendly and helpful owner and apartment host, that also makes their own wine. Perfect location with walking distance to sea, restaurants and Trogir old town. Thank you Anna! Hopefully we come back soon!!

The apartament was super clean and cozy. We felt there like in home. Anna is really kind and helpful person. I truly recommend this place.

I had such an amazing stay there; the room was clean and extremely charming and god, the balcony! - it was one of the cutest balconies I have ever had in hotels/airbnbs! There were kiwis and grapes on the tree and with the sea view we see through them, it was just like a picture. Anamaria was extremely kind, always there to help and I really, really loved my stay there!!!

Great host! Very friendly, open, and helpful. Very close to the beach and shops, around 25min walk to the Old Town. The lot is covered in a lot of trees (shade for car), and the room had a balcony with a very nice view that actually works as a living room.

The bed was simply too small and the pillows uncomfortable. The room was also a bit too packed with big furniture so you had to think about the logistics of your belongings over there. Missing electric plug on the balcony.

Very good place to spend time with family or friends. Anamaria is very friendly and nice person. She has helped us a lot during our stay in apartment.

We loved our stay!!! Annamarie was really nice and helpful!! The place is nice and quite and clean!!!We had everything we needed!!! To drive up to the Vila is a bit tricky but it is in perfect location!!! Beach is close and technically everything is close!!! just a place for a perfect holiday!!!!

Can't fault the place!!! You need to feel the whole vibe of Ciovo island and then you understand that the luxury is coming from the feeling. Whatever little problems we had it has been solved and taken care of!!
