The location couldn't be any better. Perfect place to check the waves or watch the wild horses play on the beach. Pavones is amazing! This great little place is within walking distance to so many little places to eat; and the food was so great everywhere I went! The beds were comfy and the AC and wifi were great. And also plenty of hot water!. I'll come back for sure!

Off season so the cafe was closed... but I knew that beforehand. I'll catch it the next time!

Hadas and ran were unbelievable.. they went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The house is clean, unreal location and so unique. The outdoor bathroom was super cool, and you would never know from the outside. The house is 50 yards to the beach at the end of the wave at pavones. You can literally catch a wave at the point and surf all the way home to casa suerte. I have to say this house made my experience at pavones like I was living there… I look forward to staying here again.

There is not one bad word I could say about the house. Or the unbelievable knowledge and kindness of Hadas and Ran. And not one bad word of the location it’s close enough to town to walk and because of that it is very private..

This spot has the best location in town. Literally 75m from the inside of the point. The rooms are spotless, tastefully appointed and comfortable. But those two things pale in comparison to the staff! Gerardo the manager is an absolute gem of a person and went out of his way to make sure this grumpy ol’ surf codger was having a nice stay. Lú (no idea what her title was) was also super welcoming. The kitchen staff were also great and served fantastic vegetarian brekkies and lunch (shikshuka is always a treat!). The owner reached out immediately after booking to touch base and was super accommodating. Pavones is a quiet town and this was a quiet accommodation. All in all a gem of a spot I would change nothing about. ¡Mil gracias por todo!

They didn’t have beer on site. And one has to walk 10 whole meters to the market a door down to keep that BAC up. Also, you know how some skateparks have old person sessions? It would be cool if they had old person only sessions in the water here for the over-40 crowd with bad stances, creaky knees and doofy surf caps. But those are tangential ‘cuz I don’t need to drink that much and the local kids are friendly and rip. And one should never wear one of those surf caps with a chinstrap.

Colorful, tidy, awesome location. Food was awesome, and the staff were all very sweet and helpful.

Our stay at Cafe De La Suerte was perfect! The location was fantastic, the rooms were comfy, the views of the ocean, scarlet macaws and soccer field! The restaurant serves delicious food, and the owners/host were more that welcoming and accommodate all our needs and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

Very friendly staff. The cafe downstairs has got very very nice food! We enjoyed the rooms interior, cleanliness and the porch with a sea view from a hammock is a BIG plus! :D thank you for a nice visit in Pavones.

The ocean was less than a minute walk away!!! We could see and hear the ocean from our balcony. The hammock was a great touch. We got to see wild horses from there and also on the beach! The room was clean and tidy. The beds were firm and the pillows too. The bathroom was clean. The fridge was a good size for half size and keep everything cold. My daughter had the downstairs room and it had a “full” kitchen outside. Delighted there were no TVs or radios in the room. Complete isolation, most times. The cafe was fabulous! Clean eating was new to us and the total vegetarian menu was delicious. Ron and Hadas were nothing but helpful and gracious. We loved our stay with them.

We had a problem w the shower but Ron came up and addressed it quickly. There could be a little more light near the back and steps. The cafe closed at 5 so dinner had to be planned before had bc you won’t find and Uber eats anywhere and down the road is just more road unless you know where to look. The WiFi was very spotty. But we were in paradise... it was just good to connect w my younger daughter while I was away. I find that is a problem thru out Costa Rica. Overall I’d stay there again!!

The holiday home is perfectly located close to the beach but a little away from the center of the village, just enough to have great privacy yet allow you to hop over for a meal or some grocery very easily. The break is right there. You can hear the waves from bed. Super confortable and pretty settings! Loved the outdoor shower! The staff is super nice!

Everything was great! No bad impression of any kind.
