The view was exceptional and the units spacious.

The noise levels were horrendous. The clubs around the unit were noisy right through the night and people screaming and fighting in the street below our bedrooms.

The wifi did not connect in our apartment. We had to go outside to use it.

The kitchen utentials can do with a bit of an upgrade. Fan in main bedroom not in working condition.

I only liked the view from the hotel. The apartment itself was nice but cleanliness was an issue.

There was bed bugs in the bed. They did replace the bed after we were given alot of attitude when we reported this issue, had we not insisted on a replacement of the bed or getting a refund they were just going to vacuum the mattress and base. There were also cockroaches around the apartment. The manner the agent Jan dealt with our complaint was unacceptable. I was accused of being dishonest about the complaint. I have pictures and videos which very much shows the truth. We were also told we would be blocked from giving a review of the apartment. When booking it mentioned a dishwasher however when we arrived there was a sign saying private use only. The dish rack was filthy. The cupboards and rooms smelt damp. We couldn't get the ceiling fans to go on. I will not return to this apartment again. Also the 2nd bedroom had a toilet and shower in the same room the information was misleading not advising that it was in the same room with no partition.

Location is good. Replaced towels after making a complaint

Dirty dishes, towels and bedding were not fresh. Stove had a thick sticky layer of dirt, only one plate worked properly.
