The location was perfect near a beautiful beach, restaurants, shops, bus stations. The host was very kind, respectful and considerate. A lovely stay thank you!!

The apartment is in a house, at the top floor. It only has the courtyard in common. The owners were very kind with us.
The acommodation was very big, clean and nice, perfect for two couples. It has two bathrooms which was amazing for us as we could get ready faster in the morning.
It also has a little terrace outside the apartment which is very nice and quiet, just perfect to enjoy a coffee in the morning.
You can park the car in their courtyard which was very helpful for us. You can walk to the beach/city center in about 20 minutes.

Our welcome from the family was pleasant.
The appartment had all we needed for the stay, cosy and nice.
It's located not very far from center on fot and with 3 min drive we were at the beach. Perfect for us.
A little hard to find the house, because of the many houses and narrow streets, even with navigation.
The pillows are very hard and high, but that's the standard down here, I guess.
Barking dog in the neighbours house, went off early (6-7am) and barked for a long time without anyone stopping it.

Absolutely fantastic location. Nearest (karma) beach is not crowded even during summer. Close by to main bus station and some cheap restaurants / bakeries (breakfast).

The AC unit placement is not optimal for sleeping comfort. The beds were rather hard.

Great apartment, 5 minutes walk from Zadar bus station, supermarkets, cafes and 10 minutes to beautiful beach. 20 mins walk to the Old town. Very convenient for everything including the airport. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

It was really the best decision to choose Zara on stay in Zadar. Spaceful and clean apartman with huge tarase. Good location, about 10 min to the beach and shop, 20 min walk to the Old Town. Very kind owners. Definitely recommended :)
