The lovely view of the mountain and beautiful landscape. The great facilities and amenities. Only 10 minutes drive from Belluno town centre. 6 minutes drive from an excellent restaurant too!

The room with mountain view is unique . Cosy, comfortable, excellent views. Breakfast is served in room, adding to uniqueness

Clean, comfortable, there is a kitchen that has all the amenities, the host is great, the location is quiet. Dog friendly without additional cost which is great. Breakfast was amazing, the host provided a lot of local products and left us everything the night before because we were leaving very early.

The accommodation is well located in the countryside and it is surrounded by many mountains.
The apartment/Room that i stayed is private with a wonderful kitchenet, bathroom, good heating (that worked well during a cold night) and a nice double room. Outside you find a big garden!
The breakfast is a really good breakfast! You find many variety and lots of local and fresh products.
Luca sent me all the details for check-in and the right directions to arrive to the accommodation (communication was excelent before arrival).
Wish to come back to stay more nights at this wonderful accommodation and to have time to explore the area.
I only stayed one night.. next time i need to stay more nights because the accommodation and the area are beautiful!!

The bed was terrible.
We dint sleep well.
We wakeup with a terrible backpain and after 2 days we still have the backpain .
Never be back or recommend this hotel.

It is located near foothill, quiet environment. A good starting point for trekking. Room is good, I have a comfortable bed n good sleep.
Clean n tidy, a balcony has a wide n nice view. Breakfast is enough n good to me.
It is 4 kilo away from the train station.
There is no stove n you cannot cook in the kitchen.
