Kind staff and good location- walking distance from the centre of the village and the port.
Really not value for money when you pay 200euros per night for a basic room without breakfast with an old and uncomfortable bathroom . The room was also smelly (like mould).
The bathroom door had a hole in the middle and it was not even replaced!

I have got message that my booking was transferred to another hotel, the link did not open. Then I got from City Hotel information about parking. So I did not know where we had to go. City Hotel was closed, nobody answered the phone. By Google I found the hotel to where we were transferred.

Great view from the balcony. Shops and city center near by. Good wi-fi coverage.
Difficult to park a car. Extremely basic breakfast, nothing added after first guests. I don't like to ask for coffee/tea each time during breakfast...

Amazing location and friendly staff! The hotel is small but cozy, and very close to the port and centre of Palau. The room was a quite small, but the bed was very comfy. The receptionist was super nice and helped us book a sailboat tour to La Maddalena, and it was wonderful! The restaurants in the area were also very good. The parking in front gets a bit crowded, but it's free and if you wait a bit, you will find a parking spot.

Good location: near to center, port and supermarkcet is very close. Clean nice room and nice balcony for drying towels etc.
Stuff was helpful and big parking is just in front of the hotel. Good value for the money.
Bathroom is very small and a bit wet, but clean.

great place to stay in Palau. Clean, bright rooms with good a/c and nice bathrooms. little balcony with views of the sunset.
easy to park for free across the road and there is a nice cheap pizzeria, grocery store and drugstore two minutes from the hotel.
walking distance to the harbour
the breakfast looked bit overpriced so we just bought cereals and juice for kids. if you travel in six people breakfast is sometimes too expensive for what you get. there was something smelly in the plant pots
on the staircase other than that clean and nice hotel.

I only stayed one night, but they were easy going and friendly.

location was good. Easy swift check in, nice spacious clean room with comfortable bed, good shower and ample storage.
They could have changed the towels more frequently - we were showering 3 times a day. Also had to ask for more toilet tissue?
