It was in a convenient location.
The property was so dirty - ants everywhere and really could do with a deep clean. It smelt so mouldy, particularly the bathroom. There was also a huge privacy issue, with the host/staff letting themselves in to the apartment during our stay. The host was also rather unorganised, key wise, leaving us without keys we needed for a day. The beds were also very uncomfortable.

The location was excellent - not far from Chapel Market and Angel tube station. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from, plus a wide range of shops. Owner was very communicative and generally responsive. Beds were comfortable.
We were there in the coldest week of the year, so that really tested the apartment. Not knowing the exact location while standing out on the street in -5 degrees C wasn't ideal, but wouldn't normally be a problem. At one time the shower ran cold, and I think the boiler could do with a service. Main lights in kitchen didn't work, which wasn't a big problem for us as we ate out, and the under cupboard lighting worked.

The landlord and his assistant both are very helpful, friendly and nice people, keeping the contact with them was easy.
The rooms are sunny, the furniture is from Ikea, very youthful, like in the pictures.The flat and the house for us was typical London-flat, small but cosy.
The apartman is close to the metro lines, buses.
Bars, restaurants, shops, markets are close.
Kitchen: For 5 people (parents and 3 youngs,) there is no enough space (and cutlery) to eat. A small table with seats in front of the app, in the innergarden would be great, especially in summertime.
Bath: right before our arrival there was a pipe fracture what was repaired by the time we arrived, nevertheless water was still coming out from the floor, so it was wet. The floor definitely must be changed later.
Rooms: although there are wardrobes in both rooms, a huge Teddy bear and a gitar are living inside. We were wondering why?
The WiFi is a bit weak.

Perfect location, Dr Rash and his colleague were really helpful, they waited for us even though we were late due the bus from Stansted Airport and when we were leaving we could leave our bags at the house. Dr Rash kept asking if everything is alright during our stay, thanks for that. He even cancelled the plumber when I told him I’m not comfortable with someone coming to the house.
There is funny smell, but nothing really that is an issue.

Ideally situated, close to the tube, a lot of good restaurants nearby. Host is very nice and fast responding, for us it was ideal, and even my wife slept very well, shich is normaly not the case abroad!

Being close to St Pancras station and the canals. Double bed was comfortable but the other ones were not.
Certain parts of the property were clean but others were not. It looks like the owner has cleaned the property quickly but has not done a deep clean in ages. The inside of the fridge, the corners in the shower and the bedding on the extra bed in the living room were all dirty.

The landlord was so nice people and respective but we shocked when we saw big Rat running around the kitchen.
the parking was so expensive not like what we told, we couldn't use the bathroom at all as the cold water was very low pressure my son couldn't sleep very well as the beds was for small kids.my son is only 16Y and couldn't sleep in the bed. Rat waste everywhere and there is very bad sewage smell around the apartment the heating system wasn't working in all rooms. However, the location was good but this is first time in my life I face this a very bad apartment and will never Book any apartment in future, When I booked before I pay, I shocked when there is £40.00 pounds added to the coast for cleaning fee as hidden fees. I was trying to cancel the booking but there was no time as we are so busy. When I search, I include only with free parking but there was no parking.

The hosts were so hospitable we changed our arrival time and they did everything they could to allow us to check in earlier than planned.
The place is very clean and homely.
The lady who looks after the apartment even brought some toys for our young children to keep them entertained during our stay.

My partner and I stayed at this apartment for the weekend and we couldn’t fault it at all. The owner of the property was there to greet us and on hand to help in any way, whether it was navigating the local area, finding good places to eat or just any questions we had regarding the apartment.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, bright and with everything you could need for a stay in London.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to london. The neighbourhood is lovely, the flat perfect and we had a wonderful time.
We will be coming back to stay nearer Christmas. Thank you Dr Rash for your kind hospitality.

The location was perfect for our particular visit on this occasion. The handover and our checkout were friendly and very good. The breakages deposit was returned in full (no breakages of course!). The apartment was very clean and the shower had good pressure and unlimited hot water. Next time we need to be in Islington we'll be back.
We had to arrive by car for this trip and the parking situation is a little difficult on weekdays. It's not an issue at weekends and, of course, it's not something the property owner can do anything about.

N/A MYSELF AND FAMILY LOVED STAYING HERE AND WERE VERY SAD TO BE LEAVING ,, WE HAVE AN AUTISTIC CHILD TRAVELLING WITH US AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HIM HAVING TO SHARE WITH US BECAUSE HE HAD HIS OWN ROOM WHICH HE LOVED ,, HAD A WASHING MACHINE/DRYER SO WASHED ALL OUR STUFF AND DRIED IT NIGHT BEFORE WE LEFT SO NO DIRTY WASHING ,, THE LADY WHO GREETED US WAS SOOOOO NICE AND TOLD US HOW TO USE EVERYTHING AND EVEN DEFROSTED THE FREEZER FOR US AS WE DIDNT HAVE THE EGUIPMENT TO DO SO ,, LOTS OF EXTRA BEDDING ,,TOWELS , TOILET ROLLS AND KITCHEN CLOTH , THE OWNER WAS IN TOUCH CONSTANTLY AND APOLOGISED FOR NOT MEETING US IN PERSON BUT HE IS A DR AND WORKING FOR THE NHS MYSELF I KNOW HOW BUSY HE IS ,, ON THE WHOLE WE HAD A LOVELY COMFORTABLE BREAK THAT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY AND WE WILL BE BACK
