Bathrooms are too small

The STAFF was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive and welcoming. The location couldn't be better and the room and cleanliness was excelent. Wonderful experience can't wait to go back.

While the booking process (paying) was a bit painful, there should really be multiple options to pay, i.e. Daviplata, nekki, etc. the payment application processing time was extremely frustrating, Actually might be the only reason i wouldn't consider Ayenda as a hotel provider.

We didn’t had hot water in the shower and even after we asked them to boil water so we could shower we still got cold water the beds was hard like stone so it wasn’t comfortable

Very good location, a few hundred meters from main tourist attraction: cathedral and around. Standard hotel with standard service

Our rooms were directly in the reception area.

some street light came into the room throughout the night; the curtains did not block enough of it. Beyond that (and some ambient street noise perhaps), everything was perfect.
