Location / Room / Smell of food/oil / was not at all what we expected.

Everything was perfect including the Breakfast! Thank you.

For the start being greeted at the arrival by Sammy was an exclusive experience that made our entire stay something special and unique. The location of the hotel is perfect, just steps away from what city has to offer. Hotel itself is super clean and well managed however if we would have to stay in the room that was initially assigned to us it would leave us rather disappointed. Luckily we were quickly moved to another room which exceeded our expectations. There is a gated parking space, which is tiny but the staff is doing what they can to fit as much cars as possible in it. Breakfast was very pleasant and again staff was super nice. The day receptionist / manager who's name I didn't get was also extremely attentive. Overall the staff makes this place super special, you feel you're well looked after.

The initial room we were assigned to had a blind window and felt claustrophobic. I believe if you're booking this type of the room (with window facing a wall) you should be warned to make sure you're making a conscious decision.

Aircon did not work and room quite noisy

Belle situation, chambre bien équipée, coin cuisine avec sèche-linge disponible, gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, petit déjeuner agréable...

Un parking privé limité à 4 places, souvent complet, qui oblige à se garer dans la rue...

Very friendly reception and staff. Breakfast was exceptional under the oak trees. Very good location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Room was rather small but nicely decorated

Breakfast not needed, just coffee which was good.

Having to change rooms after 1 night..that wasnt indicated at time of booking.
