The place is excellent and convenient suburbs. Supermarkets and everything was around. The staff were very freindly and helpful. Highly recommend for travelers with family or friends.

1. the rooms are not very clean.

The rooms are spacious. Near to tube station. The house is clean. We love it.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The place is clean and confortable.
The escalator needs a card to be used, both to get up and down.
As we didn't ask for a specific use of the kitchen (extra fare but not very well explained), it was locked. We didn't have even bowls and spoons for breakfast. But I admit that after we didn't ask the reception if they can provide them.
