The only one available that night
totally overpriced for what it offers, uncomfortable beds, dirty bathroom, owners smoking while we had breakfast, breakfast was just some focaccia and croissants bought from a bakery and still “served” in the bag

the room was extremely spacious with lots of storage and a big window
the breakfast was amazing. we had a taste all the goodies of the region ( a spread of different focaccias), a fresh smoothie, and cappuccino

Possibility to arrive late. Useful for transit.
Breakfast was booked although host was not aware of it and as we had to leave early (7:30-8:00 - not so early) it was not possible to take it. We were just able to take a coffee on the machine.
The place is in fact an apartment in a building in the town, so not so easy to find when you are not aware of that, although the address and GPS did bring us at the good place. The parking of the car is in the streets. We were lucky to find a place not far but may pause problem at other times I suspect
