Location,Location& Location. It’s a few steps away from the Kathu Waterfall. Really quiet place. I rented the smaller of the 4 bungalows still more than sufficient for 1 or max 2. Patong beach is about a 30 minute cab ride. Wifi is very good. I was using a VPN router and still speed was good.
The mattress is a little hard. Nothing else I would change .

In the middle of the nature.
Very comfortable, very tidy and clean place.
Super value for the money.
The owners are very kind and friendly people.
There are many shops and eating places in the near. You can rent even motorbikes here.
I recommend this place very much,
