Very nice staff. The place is cozy and full of seating areas. clean and tidy. There is a large kitchen that is fun to cook in. Amazing location.

Room wasn’t cleaned between people moving into room. just the bedding was changed. bin was full the whole 3 days of my stay and floor wasn’t swept at all and was full of sand. it was during the Christmas break but bedding was changed for the in/outs just no cleaning. the 3rd night I ended up sharing the 4 bed room with a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children) wasn’t really appropriate in my opinion. I thought families had to book a whole room to themselves!

The location is perfect and central and the staff friendly. The hostel has a friendly and sociable atmosphere.

My first stay in a Hostel. All you needed was there for the price

Booked on Booking ,com a room with one double bed and one single bed side by side. On arrival one double with single on top. We are mature women not easy or safe for use to get to top bunk. Every time some one moved whole bed moved. Complained and management said that that photo was put out by Booking.com,it was not there problem. They don't have any rooms like that. Another friend stayed and she had some problem. We were not happy as it was misleading advertising. My friend slept in T.V. room overnight the 2nd night of stay.

I'm not really a review writer but for an awesome stay, an awesome review will be in place. My plan was on staying here for a week but the weather changed so I decided to book a last minute on the weekend. The weather was great and I was really glad to see a room available on Booking.com as everything was sold out on the island. After one of the most easiest and fastest check ins I experienced, I felt already home. The hostel is near the beach, really a 2 minute walk. You can even hear the waves from the room! Furthermore, the kitchen and facilities are good for the hostel and the price is awesome. I even got a chance to dive with my diving license. Johannes (diving instructor) and the other instructors made sure to help me correctly and gave clear instructions for some refreshing knowledge. We even got lucky to see some manta's, turtles and whales who were communicating under water. I'll never forget this.

I really liked everything, unfortunately the hostel was fully booked after the weekend. Therefore, there weren't any more rooms available. After meeting some cool people I decided to stay another night but there wasn't any availability left anymore. So what I didn't like was that there aren't more rooms for such a great hostel! Please expand haha ;)

it’s not set up well for people who are travelling and working and need a great space to work, with easy access to power supply. (Take your own extension lead.)

Manta Lodge is so close to the beach and bus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and the games room was clean and tidy.

Better blankets would have been appreciated.

The beach was walking-distance away from the hostel, which was perfect. Also the staff was nice in offering us information about activities that are being organised and etc.

The rooms are extremely small, and to be fair the demographics of the guests were quite odd. Also it gets very cold at night.

A great communal kitchen with everything you need. Lots of nice people with whom you can have a good chat. Especially the dive team was super nice and helpful. Thank you! The price-performance ratio is perfect and the location unbeatable. Everyone is super kind and helpful 😊👌🏻

next to the beach had a 6 people dorm to myself clean nice bathrooms

all long termers, therefore hard to meet new people, quiet
