Old furniture, no washing machine, not reliable entrance door, no view from the window, mosquitoes at night, noisy road nearby

Sometimes there is no water in Tunisia between 7 pm and 7 am, and the owner didn't tell us about it. The apartment is on the third floor, and there is no elevator.

The Host is so friendly and very welcoming. He prepared everything perfectly for our arrival even mineral water. The apartment is very well located. We did everything by foot.

Clean friendly and helpfull like home from home the end bedroom air con was nice n fresh n strong.
The middle bedroom was too hot with no natural ventilation so was very hot at night as the climate rised and the intetnet had a few problems which were fixed in a day or 2

Bed frame Was too big for room and uncomfortable on legs when getting in and out of bed it's purpose only decorative but would be better with simple base and matress

It's close to all chops, the town centre is few minutes away by car, and the most important factor is the professionalism of the host , he was really and genuinely a gentleman.
Kitchen wear is updated and needs replacing

Everything near you ... coffee in front is opened 24h and all what you need is very near and the owner was so kind he even let me make check out late in night 😊
If you going by car there is no place to park

Fairly good location for most things, also has a very good restaurant close by
the traffic noise is really bad, also very inconsiderate guests in the next apartment, slamming of doors, and just general loud noise in the early hours of the morning. If people are happy with just a basic apartment ,this will suit them.
