Big, cozy and central apartment on the main street of Sofia! Really beautiful place, nice stuff, easy late check in and check out, clean and comfortable beds. Very nice stay in Sofia for groups!

The housekeeping lady was very nice. As we arrived late she waited for us to move in. On the next day she gave us an hour extra before checking out.
The host (owner) was forgetful. It occured that the apartment is double booked or whatever. After few calls and couple of hours later she managed to sort it out.

Location is ultra central.
From the balcony is view of the Vitosha Bld.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, there is no lift.

Broken bed, WiFi did not work for 2 days and heating did not work for part of it. Having said that the hosts were quite helpful in sorting issues.

The location and the fast and easy contact with the agency.
The beds were awful. A boxspring with a wooden plank halfway (raising 5cm higher than the rest, since the rest of the matras was so old) isn't meant to be slept on.

Nice appartement in the city-centre. the check in was with a code and the appartement was easy to find. Towels were provided. Perfect place to stay with friends to discover Sofia. It was a very spacious place with two bathrooms.
The showers were not great. If they were a bit better it would be a great improvement.
