Very quiet rooms and atmosphere. Perfect for light sleepers like myself, or people who just want a chill stay. Fantastic location for any sports games in Melbourne.

It was just a pleasant, clean, fresh and quiet place to stay. Which is a lot more than I can say for a lot of other hotels. Definitely one of the better Hotels around. Loved the staff. Awesome stay.

Like the closeness to MCG, john Cain arena, the facilities in room
The carpet and fabric chairs were a bit dirty (stains). Dryer wouldn't open and I had to google how to open and manually open it. Maybe instructions for dryer would be helpful. Balcony was tiny with no view.

The only thing I would prefer would be a higher up room but, on park side. I would not stay if it wasn’t that side.

The building is well presented. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. The location is perfect within walking distance to Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Park, AAMI Park and the MCG. It really is an ideal place to stay if you are attending any of those venues. Excellent entertainment, bars, cafes, restaurants shopping all within walking distance or close by. Trams and the train station are with in a short walking distance.
I had booked a room with a view months in advance but after arriving I was given a room at the back. When I went to question this at reception I was told my booking for a room with a view was somehow missed in the system and there were no other rooms with a view available. Upon searching further a 2 bedroom room was found and we were upgraded. Unfortunately the room was a view of trees. I had stayed there a few weeks previously in room 404 and had a view out to AAMI Park and a beautiful view of the city. Somehow that room (404) was $50 cheaper than the room I had on the 2nd floor on this particular visit.

Bed was uncomfortable, traffic was very noisy. Some things in the apartment were not clean.

It is in the suburb, 10 mins away from the city. Place is quiet.
We visited Melbourne in december and temperature was 37 degree celsius. There was just one AC in the living room. Both bedrooms were like hot ovens. I couldn't sleep for 3 days straight. Also, when we complained the same to the property manager, she said, "leave the bedroom doors open". We were two couples sharing that 2bhk apartment.
Living room carpet had a big stain on it.
Also, master bedroom's attached toilet lock was broken, so no privacy. Because of public holiday, property couldnt fix this issue. Also, bathroom flush buttons are behind the seat cover(🤔). Flush buttons are stiff.
This property need heavy maintenance.
Lastly, checkin after 5pm is painful. Please avoid this property. The back of the property is like a slum area.

Size of room was excellent
Request for rooms to be close together originally approved however the two apartments were on separate floors. The main window was broken with a large crack. Lots of stains on furniture and carpet and lounge very tired.
