Size of apartment, warmth, close to bus station

Man wurde im Voraus informiert wie es mit der Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert. Mein Auto konnte ich 50m vom Zimmer auf einer blauen Zone parkieren. Taxis und Uber sind immer in der nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr gross und sauber.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas minimalistisch aber reicht völlig aus.

Die Wände sind sehr ringhörig. Die lebendigen Nachbarn waren gut zu hören

Muy cómodo, tal cual las fotos, con el menaje necesario para poder desayunar y calentar y cenar unas pizzas. Cafetera de cápsulas, microondas, nevera grande, ollas y fuente para el horno. También nos dejaron productos de limpieza y estropajo. Las camas cómodas y las mantas perfectas. Una mesa grande con 4 sillas. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Todo exterior, con amplias ventanas abatibles y persianas. Había 2 ventiladores de pie, super silenciosos. Había plancha y tabla de planchar, así como aspiradora y mopa. No usamos nada de esto, ya que solo estuvimos una noche, pero seguro que para estancias más largas que la nuestra, puede ser de utilidad. Recogimos la llave mediante una clave y nos habían dejado otra en el piso.

El baño: la cisterna perdía agua y el ruido por la noche molestó bastante. Estaba roto el anclaje de la alcachofa de la ducha, por lo que lavarnos el pelo resultó complicado.

L'appartamento è unico ambiente + bagno cieco, maleodorante, divano sporco con molte formiche nell'area cucina, presenza di ruggine nello specchio del bagno e piatto doccia scheggiato. il doccione non poteva essere posizionato. Mancanza dell'asciugacapelli che mi è stato fornito (nuovo) solo il secondo giorno dopo aver insistito con diverse comunicazioni. l'appartamento si affaccia su una via trafficata. Rapporto qualità-prezzo scompensato.

Location in proximity to transport all over city. Spacious, clean, elevator, ease of entry, lots of light. Laundry facilities & kitchenette. WIFI worked well. Comfortable & good value.

Perhaps a couple of bottles of water, some tea, salt & pepper to welcome guests. Also some suggestions for local restaurants. Three days would be limit for one lg & one small towel per person. One of three fans didn't work. If weather was warmer, it was abt 24°C, would have been too hot in room, there were no screens on windows. Could use a few more outlets.

Very clean and comfortable. Big enoufh to easily accomodate 4 adults. The location is also good (around 20min by foot from the old town).

The code I received to open the box with the keys did not work. I had to call the operator and to be honest the communication was not easy via the intercom (low volume + noisy background).

Location is good

Apartment wasn’t very clean and many ants are running everywhere. The kitchen stove indicators are broken and you cannot control the stove heat. Due to the shower curtains installed, the bathroom floor is always a puddle. Not necessary, but it would have been nice to have the sofa bed made on arrival as all the other places we went to had done so.

Location, lift access, laundry facilities. Plenty of space. Good communication.

There was no option / medium to contact / talk to my room mate as he arrived in the room before me. I faced a lot of difficulty in entering as the lady on phone was helpless on this. May be an electronic entry can be more convenient or an intercom on door from where one can talk in the room. Wi-fi password should be shared while confirmation of booking for easy access. It could have helped us to connect while my room mate was in the room & I was outside / at the door , trying to get in touch and enter.

The whole space was great and the location was excellent. The staff was kind, accommodating and friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The suit was just the right size for the family of three with two pets. Very comfortable beds, full kitchen, decent size fridge, and good breakfast.

The weather was unexpectedly hot and humid. The rooms were too hot. It would have been comfortable if there was an air conditioner in the open plan living area.

Really good location and a very clean apartment, equipped with anything you need.

The matress on the bed is very firm, which was uncomfortable for us.

Parking was an issue, and times you need to struggle to find one.

A short ride from the train station and apartment was ready when we arrived. In fact housekeepers were giving the place a final run through.

Though not the fault of rental agency, a loud argument took place across the street from our unit forcing us to close our windows on a very warm night.

We didn’t get a code to get in and if someone coming out of the building wouldn’t have helped us, I am not sure how we would have gotten in.

Room was neat and clean and in very good location.. Instruction given to access the room was very easy

Key collection and key return in leaving the apartment!

I wanted to have a hair dryer. It was difficult to find where to put the trash. I had to ask someone in another building (who kindly told us where to).
