Excellent contact avec les propriétaires qui répondent rapidement à nos questions avant et pendant le séjour. Appartement au troisième étage avec tout le confort. Propreté exemplaire .Très bien pensé, rien ne manque. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (une bouteille de vin, de l'eau, café, des produits de toilettes, des capsules de lessive). Endroit très calme et proche du port et de la ville d'Agaete. Literie confortable, nous avons bien dormi. Un plus, une place de stationnement privée dans un garage souterrain. Il faut malgré tout effectuer de nombreuses manœuvres pour se garer à cause d'imposants piliers.

La hospitalidad y cercanía de los anfitriones. El apartamento sencillo pero coqueto y bien equipado, con algunos detalles extra de agradecer. Poder disponer del parking facilita mucho el poder moverte con el coche sin preocupaciones de aparcamiento. Muy cerca de los restaurantes y del puerto.
Por si alguien tuviera dificultades de movilidad (no fue el caso), comentar que es un tercero sin ascensor

Fantastic location close walking distance to beach, restaurants, hikes, large Spar (grocery), and Agaete’s attractions. Secure underground parking. Host-owner is very responsive, welcoming, and helpful. Get José to tell you his two top restaurant recommendations.
Fine for us but some guests may find the stairs hard - apartment is on 3rd floor, no elevator.

I really liked this apartment, spotless clean, excellent parking (otherwise major issue in Agaete) and the other tenants in the house seem to be retirees from the peninsula so it was really nice and quiet at night. Northern Gran Canaria is overlooked by many visitors which is a shame

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, hell, freundlich eingerichtet. Die Busstation war 1 Gehminute entfernt. Der Strand und die Lokale 5 Gehminuten.
Der Strom fällt aus, sobald der Toaster den Toast auswirft, das Haustorschloss lässt sich sehr schwer öffnen, keine Ahnung ob es an dem Schloss selbst, oder an den Schlüsseln liegt. Es war immer ein harter Kampf, das Haustor zu öffnen.

Nice, cozy apartment (recently renovated) with excellent location. Short walk to beach, restaurants and a good Spar superette. The owner was very personable and helpful. The large TV is set up for streaming. All round, a very good choice.
No view, but you can hear the ocean from the bed.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the TV is great for watching Netflix etc. The location is perfect, right beside the bus and the port.
The shower could not be closed so the floor gets a bit wet. If this was fixed it would make it a lot better.

It is a nice apartment, equipped with everything you need. It has an open kitchen towards the living room and 2 sleeping rooms. It has a washing machine and everything necessary in the kitchen.
the apartment is a bit sterile and lacks a personal touch. The terrace is in the sleeping room and not in the living room.

Everything. The apartment itself is brand new, José and his family did an amazing job decorating it, it's nice and spatious and light, with all the amenities you might want, a lovely kitchen and bathroom, big fridge, and there was even a little heater, which I don't suspect you might normally need in Gran Canaria, but I did for a little bit as the weather was pretty bad during my stay.
The apartment is perfectly located, only minutes away from the beach and the shops and right next to a couple of beautiful hiking trails. The town is very nice too, not as touristy as many other places, and the locals are very friendly here.
José was the perfect host, picked me up from the airport and showed me around and everything, even had a nice bottle of wine for me as a welcoming gift, I don't think I could have picked a better host for my first time in Gran Canaria. He was always ready in case I needed anything.
