The location was excellent for our purposes. It's a quiet place located 100 yards from the main street. The staff are very courteous and diligent. Standard room.

The distance between the hotel and the main street in too dark at night, a little uncomfortable for walking purposes. No issue at all during the day.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the place was gorgeous, with beautiful gardens. The hotel is in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm. The room was pretty large.

There was no hot water in the sink and the room only had a small space heater which was definitely not enough. The eggs in the breakfast were way too salty and when we asked to make it less salty it was still, too salty. The creamer for the coffee was not good, it was a shock to not have good coffee in Colombia. The housekeeping moved our things around the room too much, like beyond a normal amount. There was no phone in the room and we were told we could communicate with the front desk through whatsapp, but they didn't answer.
